These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the App and related services (“Services”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You must:

  • Be 13 years or older

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App

We may update or discontinue features at any time.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • Ensuring accuracy of account information

We may suspend/delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Notifications

By using the App, you consent to:

  • Push notifications

  • Optional promotional/marketing messages

You may disable notifications in device settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including design, code, branding, content, data (except fighter info sourced from public databases)—is owned by [Your Company Name].

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell our content or software

  • Use our branding without permission

5. Third-Party Content and Data

The App may:

  • Display information about MMA fighters, fight schedules, and event dates

  • Use data that originates from third-party sources (UFC, ONE, Bellator, public records, etc.)

We do not represent or endorse the completeness or accuracy of external data.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

App offers premium subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed through Apple/Google

  • Payments are processed through Stripe

  • All purchases are final and managed through the App Store platform

  • Subscription auto-renews unless canceled

Refunds are handled by Apple/Google.

7. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, comments, feedback), you grant us a license to:

  • Use

  • Display

  • Modify

  • Distribute

for App improvement and marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties

  • We are not liable for errors, data inaccuracies, or event/cancelation changes

  • You use the App at your own risk

9. Termination

We may terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Use the App illegally or harmfully

You may delete your account anytime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
